Reiki is a gentle, holistic healing practice that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works by channeling universal life energy through the hands of a trained practitioner to support the body's natural healing processes.
During a session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body, helping to balance energy, clear blockages, and restore harmony. Reiki is known to reduce stress, ease tension, and enhance emotional, mental, and physical wellness.

For an hour and a half every Friday you can join us for an all inclusive dance party. We will warm up with a chakra clearing dance to help set you free. Everyone will have a chance to pick songs, lead dances or take a break to catch your breath. Light snacks and simple sips will be provided.
