Our Baseline membership includes classes and workshops. Create calm in your chaos with weekly classes that include art, fitness, yoga and empowerment. Monthly pop-up workshops are included in this membership, some may offer an optional upgrade for supplies.
Join the large group sessions and also enjoy the intimacy of our small group classes. Our small group sessions include energy work, cooking and healing modalities, plus much more. Level Up members have access to classes that offer space and time for individual attention. Elevate your calm with 2 sauna sessions per month.
Gift yourself complete calm and then some with your Shine Bright membership. Receive the benefits of community, baseline & level up memberships with the opportunity to join NBWK, our in-house Kung Fu School and unlimited sauna sessions.
We all deserve the opportunity to heal. Our Recovery Based classes offer a safe place to intentionally focus inward and discover your authentic needs. Whether your trauma is physical, emotional and / or spiritual our ‘no questions asked’ classes allow you to show up to recover. All Recovery Based classes are free and range from art, fitness and martial arts with monthly pop ups for the entire family.
